Here is all the information you’ll need to get all your utilities, phone, internet and television transferred over when you make your move to Lake Tahoe!
If You Purchased a Home in Nevada:
Water and sewer will be transferred through escrow. Refuse, electric and gas will need to be scheduled to be transferred approx. 1 week before close of escrow, effective the day after close of escrow.
If You Purchased a Home in California:
Water, sewer and refuse will be transferred through escrow. Gas and electric will need to be transferred approx. 1 week before the close of escrow, effective the day after close of escrow.
