Within a short drive from the North Upper Truckee neighborhoods lies the skiing and riding Mecca’s of Heavenly Mountain Resort, Sierra at Tahoe and Kirkwood Mountain Resort. All three of these world class winter destinations afford the best in winter recreation and are one of the major reasons many find the North Upper Truckee area one of the best for overall proximity to these resorts.
 
When it comes to living, working and playing at Lake Tahoe many find the natural ambience of the North Upper Truckee neighborhoods to fit the bill perfectly. With home values ranging from the mid 200’s and ranging as high as just under 3.0 million it is a diverse and esoteric real estate market.
