Welcome to Lake Village
Lake Village is a private 326 town home complex at the southeast corner of Lake Tahoe approximately a half-mile from the lake and less than a mile from the California border. It is partially surrounded by National Forest Land with breathtaking views of Lake Tahoe and Mt. Tallac from many areas in the complex. The Lake Village Homeowners Association is a Planned Unit Development that incorporated and began construction in 1970. The recreational facilities include the Clubhouse with an in-ground pool, and above-ground hot tub, men’s and women’s changing room each with showers and a steam sauna. There are 4 tennis courts and a playground area. The village is less than a mile from Tahoe’s major casinos, several beaches, and Edgewood Golf Course. Several ski resorts are within an hour’s drive.
